We are looking for an intern for our Hamburg Office in L&D and Employer Branding. Apply until July 15th 2025!

YOUR TASKS
- Local and international trainings: actively support the organization and implementation and learn how to work with various stakeholders Actively shape BAT's Learning & Development portfolio and incorporate your innovative ideas
- Support in creating learning paths and the administration of our internal learning platform
- L&D projects: Work independently on topics and projects related to Talent Management
- Trade fairs and events: Be part of the preparation and implementation and gain valuable experience
- Employer Branding projects: Work on topics related to campus marketing/social media and gain insights into the Employer Branding strategies of our markets
WHAT YOU BRING ALONG
- Very good English skills
- Strong communication skills and openness
- Independent and proactive way of working
- Strong analytical skills
- Confident with Excel and PowerPoint
- Ideally initial practical experience in human resources or marketing
