CLASSIFICATION OF THE POSITION AND AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

We are looking for an intern for our Hamburg Office in L&D and Employer Branding. Apply until July 15th 2025!

Location: Hamburg

Start Date: 01 July 2025

Duration: 6 Months

YOUR TASKS

  • Local and international trainings: actively support the organization and implementation and learn how to work with various stakeholders Actively shape BAT's Learning & Development portfolio and incorporate your innovative ideas
  • Support in creating learning paths and the administration of our internal learning platform
  • L&D projects: Work independently on topics and projects related to Talent Management
  • Trade fairs and events: Be part of the preparation and implementation and gain valuable experience
  • Employer Branding projects: Work on topics related to campus marketing/social media and gain insights into the Employer Branding strategies of our markets

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG

  • Very good English skills
  • Strong communication skills and openness
  • Independent and proactive way of working
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Confident with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ideally initial practical experience in human resources or marketing
