This Role is a centralized resource to plan and manage supply plan to satisfy market demand at optimal costs utilizing company assets effectively. Supply Planning role specifically for Imported Leaf, Kitset, CRT to LFs, Monthly/Weekly Scheduling for Vietnam.
This Role works collaboratively with cross functions, cross entities, and planning Hub (above market) to ensure OTIF (On time in Full) supply of Leaf supply to PMD in Vietnam and OTIF supply of Leaf, Kitset, CRT to LFs without disruption in supply.
Business:
- Responsible for planning of Imported Leaf, imported Kitset & CRT supply to license factories.
- Responsible for leading Total Recognized Value (Kitset & FGs yearly plan).
- Support Supply Chain Director to deliver the business targets/KPIs.
- Involved in S&OP process and Supply review meeting.
- Responsible for risk analysis on supply vs demand, coordination & simulation of scenario planning to propose viable plan & alternatives for decision making.
- Working with external stakeholders: licensed factories, suppliers, business partners to support business target delivery
- Working closely with above market planning to ensure sustainable Leaf / CRT supply with calculated risks.
- Key contributor in IWS way of working & continuous improvement initiatives under Supply Network Pillar
- Project team member for NPIs and other ad hoc projects relevant to Supply chain to ensure OTIF delivery
- Responsible for Logistic & Warehouse in PMD Factory.

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE
ESSENTIAL
Experience Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management / Business Administration / Economics or any relevant field
- Experience in an FMCG multi-national company, working in similar capacity
- Strong influencing, leadership and interpersonal skills
- Good analytical skills with attention to detail
- Able to work with people at all levels, a team player and yet can work independently
- Able to perform in high pressure environment
- Sound computer literacy (SAP, Excel)
- Fluent in English (both spoken & written)
- Leadership capabilities – both strategic and people leadership
