Pakistan Tobacco Companyhas an exciting opportunity for a Secondary Services Incharge in Jhelum, Pakistan
Your key responsibilities will include:
Operations & Maintenance
- Ensure continuous and efficient operation of HVAC systems, RO plants, and mechanical infrastructure.
- Oversee daily monitoring and performance checks of secondary services equipment.
- Implement and manage preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
Technical Oversight
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for mechanical and utility systems, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Coordinate system upgrades and modifications in line with operational needs and technological advancements.
- Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and system changes.
Compliance & Safety
- Enforce strict adherence to company policies and regulatory standards for safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify risks and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the team.
Budget & Resource Management
- Manage revenue budgets for secondary services, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources.
- Track expenditures and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising operational integrity.
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams for optimal sourcing and budget planning.
Team Collaboration & Reporting
- Liaise with production, engineering, and facility teams to align secondary services with site-wide operational goals.
- Prepare and present performance reports, maintenance summaries, and improvement plans to site leadership.
- Support training and development initiatives for junior technical staff.
Essential experience, Skills and Knowledge
- At least two years of work experience in a factory or industrial setting
- Bachelor's degree inMechanical Engineering is preferred
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and proven technical capability
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Competent speaking and writing skill in English
