The successful candidate will manage strategic source to contract processes, key supplier relationships and business partner relationships at both market and area levels for a designated category; aligned with the Global Procurement operating model. As well as supporting Iberia Procurement Business Manager in specific projects for different categories.

Additionally, this role will involve supporting the Iberia Procurement Business Manager in specific projects across different categories. The candidate will be instrumental in driving best-in-class procurement practices and commercial excellence. This, in turn, will support the delivery of our business unit goals and align with our Corporate Strategy.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management: Lead execution of strategic sourcing aligned with category strategies, manage supplier relationships, and resolve performance issues while driving cost reduction, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Ensure alignment and commitment across business units through clear communication, stakeholder education, and collaboration with Procurement teams and budget holders.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Uphold compliance with procurement policies and supplier due diligence processes (e.g., ABAC, financial checks), ensuring transparency and proper escalation of risks.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Perform spend analysis, scenario planning, and market intelligence (e.g., SWOT, ESG, TCO benchmarking) to support commercial decisions and identify opportunities.
• Process Optimization & Innovation: Identify and implement initiatives that enhance procurement efficiency, introduce innovative products/services, and regularly update sourcing plans to align with evolving business goals.

What are we looking for?

• Procurement & Commercial Experience: Minimum 3 years in a Procurement or Commercial role within Manufacturing or FMCG, with proven success in sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier management.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of sourcing processes, total cost models, supplier cost drivers, financial evaluation, and procurement principles and policies.
• Regulatory & Compliance Awareness: Familiarity with corporate regulations, contracting requirements, and experience in regulated environments.
• Tools & Systems Proficiency: Working knowledge of requisition-to-pay processes and systems like Coupa, SAP ECC, GBS; proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI, and iCertis (CLM).
• Analytical & Project Management Skills: Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills; capable of leading and managing complex projects across geographies.
• Interpersonal & Leadership Capabilities: Effective communicator with strong negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills; able to drive compliance and value delivery.
• Education & Languages: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field; fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Additional Assets: Advantageous to have digital/BI skills, AI/Copilot familiarity, and experience in multi-country or above-market procurement roles.
