RÉSUMÉ DU POSTE

Positionnement du rôle et objectifs

L'associé(e) Performance Marketing Commercial travaillera avec l'exécutif du programme Trade Performance Bonus. Il/elle veillera à ce que notre force de terrain dispose des outils et plateformes automatisés nécessaires pour stimuler la performance en marketing commercial. Il/elle soutiendra l'analyse des performances des KPI et créera, optimisera et mettra en œuvre les objectifs et cibles de performance avec les parties prenantes clés des stratégies de canaux identifiées.

Soutenir l’équipe Trade Performance Bonus en concevant, développant et gérant la plateforme/outils automatisés pour 5 différents programmes de Trade Performance Bonus et travailler avec les parties prenantes clés pour créer des cibles alignées sur les objectifs de l'entreprise. L’objectif est de créer un programme efficace et engageant au sein de notre force de terrain, afin de stimuler la performance de l'entreprise.


VOS PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS INCLURONT :

  • Gérer l'exécution de bout en bout du programme "pay for performance" en créant divers rapports et tableaux de bord.
  • Exploiter l'automatisation sur une plateforme exceptionnelle, pour obtenir des résultats et influencer les principes de performance.
  • Superviser le suivi, la finalisation et l'enregistrement de tous les résultats à la fin de chaque période de rémunération.
  • Effectuer et exploiter l’analyse pour s'assurer que les cibles prévisionnelles sont raisonnables.
  • Développer et déployer des objectifs à long terme/court terme tout en faisant des recommandations pour des améliorations.
  • Établi(e) en tant que leader central pour les cibles, participer activement au processus de fixation des cibles et soutenir lors des réunions de révision des cibles.

Compétences techniques / fonctionnelles / de leadership requises

  • Capacité à prioriser efficacement les tâches et à gérer le temps dans un environnement dynamique.
  • Solides compétences en leadership d'équipe et en motivation.
  • Confort avec des demandes changeantes et adaptabilité sous pression.
  • Expertise dans les outils : MS Excel, MicroStrategy, Power BI, Azure Databricks, Metabase et Blob Storage.
  • Connaissance des systèmes automatisés tels que NoD.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication—claires, concises et assurées, tant en français qu'en anglais.
  • Souci du détail, initiative et créativité dans la résolution de problèmes.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à contribuer efficacement à un environnement d'équipe.

Expérience requise

  • 1 à 2 ans d'expérience professionnelle pertinente.
  • Expérience de la gestion de l’arrière-plan d’un programme complexe de rémunération à la performance.
  • Capacité avérée à respecter des délais serrés tout en gérant plusieurs priorités.
  • Expérience en collaboration avec des équipes interfonctionnelles.

Formation / qualifications / certifications requises

  • Diplôme universitaire requis.
  • Maîtrise des langages de programmation incluant Python, Spark et SQL.
  • Une expertise de base en Machine Learning est un plus.

ROLE SUMMARY

Role positioning and objectives

The Commercial Marketing Performance Associate will work with the Trade Performance Bonus Executive. They will ensure our field force possess the necessary and automated tools/platform to drive performance within Commercial Marketing, they will support in KPI performance analysis, and they will also create, optimize, and implement performance objective and targets along with key stakeholders of identified channel strategies.

Support the Trade performance Bonus team by designing, developing, and managing the automated platform/tools for 5 different trade performance bonus programs and work with key stakeholders to create targets that are aligned to company objectives. The goal is to build an effective and engaging program within our field force that drives company performance.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

  1. Manage end-to-end execution of the backend of the pay for performance program by creating various reports and dashboard.
  2. Leverage automation across extraordinary platform, to drive results and influence performance principle.
  3. Oversee tracking, finalization, and recording of all results at the end of each pay period.
  4. Perform and leverage analysis to ensure forecasted targets are reasonable.
  5. Develop and deploy long term/short term objectives while making recommendations for improvements.
  6. Established as the central lead for the targets, actively participating in the target setting process and supporting at the target review meeting.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required

  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong team leadership and motivational skills.
  • Comfortable with changing demands and adaptable under pressure.
  • Expertise in tools: MS Excel, MicroStrategy, Power BI, Azure Databricks, Metabase, and Blob Storage.
  • Knowledge of automated systems such as NoD.
  • Strong communication skills—clear, concise, and confident in both French and English.
  • Attention to detail, initiative, and creativity in problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and contribute effectively to a team environment.

Experience Required

  • 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Experience managing the backend of a complex pay for performance program
  • Proven ability to meet tight deadlines while managing multiple priorities.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams

Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Proficiency in coding languages including Python, Spark, and SQL.
  • Foundational expertise in Machine Learning will be preferred.
