RÉSUMÉ DU POSTE

Positionnement du rôle et objectifs

Le poste soutiendra la stratégie d’analytique et de personnalisation de bout en bout pour notre plateforme destinée aux détaillants, ExtraHub. Ce rôle couvre l’analyse numérique, l’analyse de performance des bases de données et l’optimisation du taux de conversion, en se concentrant sur la découverte d’informations qui accélèrent la croissance des détaillants, stimulent l’engagement et améliorent l’adoption grâce à des expériences personnalisées. Ce poste collabore avec les équipes Produit, UX, Contenu, Commerciale et Service afin d’aligner les analyses avec les améliorations de la plateforme et des campagnes. Il participe également aux processus Agile, en contribuant aux exigences analytiques, au soutien QA et à l’évaluation post-lancement.

Vos principales responsabilités incluront: 

  1. Analytique et informations

·Surveillez l'engagement de la plateforme à l'aide de Google Analytics (GA4) et suivez les indicateurs clés de performance tels que l'utilisation des outils, la fréquence de connexion et les conversions en entonnoir

·Effectuer une analyse au niveau de la base de données pour évaluer le comportement des détaillants, les performances du cycle de vie et les opportunités de croissance

·Favorisez l'optimisation du taux de conversion (CRO) en identifiant les points de chute et en testant des stratégies pour améliorer les actions clés (par exemple, les activations, les échanges)

·Faites émerger des informations exploitables à partir de données numériques et comportementales pour recommander des améliorations du contenu, de l'expérience utilisateur et des fonctionnalités de la plateforme

·Collaborez à l'optimisation des SOQ (Suggested Order Quantity) en analysant les tendances de vente des détaillants et le comportement de la plateforme pour informer les recommandations d'approvisionnement et de stock

·Assurez l'exactitude du balisage et l'intégrité de la couche de données pour assurer un suivi et des rapports fiables

·Créez et gérez des tableaux de bord dans Looker Studio et Power BI, en fournissant des rapports récurrents et ad hoc aux parties prenantes de l'entreprise

·Collaborer avec les développeurs et l'assurance qualité pour résoudre les problèmes de suivi et faire évoluer les solutions d'analyse

·Collaborer avec l'équipe de l'expérience client pour générer des informations sur le contenu et des recommandations d'amélioration de l'expérience utilisateur

2.Personalisation

·Soutenir le développement et l'exécution d'une stratégie de personnalisation axée sur le détaillant, en exploitant les données comportementales et de segmentation

·Activez des parcours de contenu personnalisés via Salesforce Marketing Cloud et Experience Cloud

·Identifiez les moments clés du cycle de vie et les déclencheurs pour offrir des expériences de plateforme ciblées

·Contribuer aux tests A/B et aux mises en œuvre de contenu dynamique pour soutenir l'engagement et la fidélisation

QUELLES COMPÉTENCES RECHERCHONS-NOUS ? 

Compétences techniques / fonctionnelles / de leadership requises

·Forte capacité à transformer des données complexes en histoires claires et convaincantes qui influencent les décisions commerciales

·Communicateur confiant qui donne du sens aux chiffres et traduit les données en recommandations stratégiques

·Maîtrise de Google Analytics (GA4), Looker Studio et Google Tag Manager

·Expérience des méthodologies CRO, de l’analyse de l’entonnoir et des tests de performance

·Solides compétences en SQL ou BigQuery pour extraire et analyser des données comportementales à partir de bases de données internes

Expérience requise

Role positioning and objectives

The role will support the end-to-end analytics and personalization strategy for our retailer platform, ExtraHub. This role spans digital analytics, database performance analysis, and conversion rate optimization focusing on uncovering insights that accelerate retailer growth, drive engagement, and improve adoption through tailored experiences. This role collaborates with Product, UX, Content, Commercial, and Service teams to align insights with platform and campaign enhancements. Also Participate in Agile sprint processes, contributing analytics requirements, QA support, and post-launch evaluation.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

1.Analytics & Insights (70%)

·Monitor platform engagement using Google Analytics (GA4) and track KPIs such as tool usage, login frequency, and funnel conversions

·Conduct database-level analysis to evaluate retailer behaviour, lifecycle performance, and growth opportunities

·Drive conversion rate optimization (CRO) by identifying drop-off points and testing strategies to improve key actions (e.g., activations, redemptions)

·Surface actionable insights from both digital and behavioral data to recommend improvements in content, UX, and platform functionality

·Collaborate on SOQ (Suggested Order Quantity) optimization by analyzing retailer sales trends and platform behavior to inform supply and stock recommendations

·Ensure tagging accuracy and data layer integrity to support reliable tracking and reporting

·Build and maintain dashboards in Looker Studio and Power BI, delivering recurring and ad hoc reporting to business stakeholders

·Collaborate with developers and QA to resolve tracking issues and scale analytics solutions

·Partner with the Consumer Experience team to generate content insights and UX improvement recommendations

2.Personalisation (30%)

·Support the development and execution of a retailer-focused personalization strategy, leveraging behavioral and segmentation data

·Activate tailored content journeys via Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Experience Cloud

·Identify key lifecycle moments and triggers to deliver targeted platform experiences

·Contribute to A/B tests and dynamic content implementations to support engagement and retention

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required

·Strong ability to turn complex data into clear, compelling stories that influence business decisions

·Confident communicator who gives meaning to numbers and translates data into strategic recommendations

·Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Looker Studio, and Google Tag Manager

·Experience in CRO methodologies, funnel analysis, and performance testing

·Strong SQL or BigQuery skills to extract and analyze behavioral data from internal databases

·Strong Excel skills for data manipulation, analysis and reporting
