We are currently looking for a Brand NPI Project Coordinator to join our Central Europe marketing team. In this role, you’ll be a key player in leading innovation projects and managing new product initiatives across markets, ensuring timely execution and cross-functional alignment.
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
- Manage New Product Initiatives (NPIs) across multiple Central European markets – plan already in scope.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams on brand development, packaging, compliance, and regulatory approvals
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time and in full (OTIF), with governance and creative asset approval compliance
- Keep project systems updated and ensure all documentation and processes are aligned with internal standards
- Act as a connector between marketing, supply chain, product centers, and other key stakeholders
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- 2–3 years of experience in Project Management, marketing acumen can be an advantage.
- Strong project leadership and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail, strong sense of ownership and excellent planning abilities
- Confident communicator with a collaborative mindset and a proactive attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multinational FMCG environment
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and ideally MS Project
- Fluent in English
- Bachelor’s degree in project management, business, or a related field
