At BAT Romania, we proudly operate the second largest production center of the Group in the European Union and hold the leading position in Romania’s nicotine products market, with around 50% market share. A State-of-the-Art Office

Our commercial entity is based in Bucharest Business Park, in the northern part of the city, nestled in a landscaped green area, close to King Mihai I (Herăstrău) Park. The newly renovated offices feature dedicated individual focus areas, as well as dynamic coworking spaces, cutting-edge meeting rooms and panoramic-view terraces. One of our office’s highlights is our wellbeing area, which features a yoga room, a fully equipped gym, and massage chairs.

The Internship and Global Graduate Programmes at BAT Romania provide valuable exposure to industry practices, and skill-building experiences. Spanning departments such as Finance, Marketing, Operations or Supply Chain, our 18-month rotational programme is structured to grow essential business and leadership skills through world class learning, international exposure and a job role where graduates can contribute from day one.

Our Global Graduate community is strong and well-connected, with frequent opportunities to come together. Global Graduates from the South-Eastern Europe Area actively collaborate on cross-functional projects and regularly meet for area leadership training and events. Moreover, at the end of the program, they come together for a two-week Graduate Academy (one week in London) for a deep dive into BAT where they connect with fellow Graduates and senior colleagues from across the globe.
