Welcome to BAT Sweden – located in the vibrant coastal city of Malmö, where we’re part of the Nordic cluster alongside our teams in Denmark, Norway, and Finland. In our commercial office, we are around 30 dedicated experts working across Sales, Marketing, and HR — all contributing to our transformation journey. We’re also proud to be home to the Fiedler & Lundgren Factory, one of BAT’s key production facilities in Europe. Together, our Swedish operations combine commercial strength with manufacturing excellence, playing a central role in delivering on our purpose to build A Better Tomorrow™.

Our Office

Our Malmö office is centrally located and easy to reach by public transport, just a short walk from the city centre. The environment is open, social, and supportive — combining the feel of a close-knit local team with the energy of a global organisation. Collaboration is at the heart of what we do. We work closely with our Nordic colleagues and Western Europe teams, offering plenty of cross-market interaction and shared learning opportunities.

Global Graduate Programme

Our 18-month Global Graduate Programme combines impactful work with continuous development. You'll take part in three business rotations across different teams, gaining a broad understanding of how our functions operate and how they connect across markets.

You’ll also join our Global Graduate Academy, where you'll train and network with fellow graduates from around the world, while engaging with senior leaders and showcasing your potential.

In the Nordics, we hire Global Graduates primarily into Marketing. Rotations in Marketing may include areas such as Brand, Activation, Planning, or Sales.

This programme is designed to set you up for a successful long-term career at BAT — preparing you to take on a future leadership role.

Junior Executive (JEX) Programme

Our 1-year Junior Executive Programme is designed for recent graduates who are ready to build experience and grow within a specific function. As a JEX, you’ll become an integrated part of a team, working on real business priorities from the start.

The programme provides a fast-learning curve, the opportunity to collaborate across functions and Nordic markets, and the chance to develop your skills while proving your potential. Many of our JEX talents move into permanent roles at the end of the programme.

We hire Junior Executives in the Nordics in areas such as Marketing, Activation, Supply Chain, Sales, Planning, and HR.
