Welcome to BAT UK

British American Tobacco UK operates within the Western Europe DRBU, serving a dynamic and competitive market focused on transitioning adult smokers to reduced-risk products*.

The Chiswick office, established in the early 2000s, houses key functions including Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Digital Transformation. With around 350 employees, it’s a hub of innovation and strategic leadership. BAT’s purpose is to create A Better Tomorrow™ by building a smokeless world through science-backed alternatives. Uniquely, the office sits in Chiswick Business Park, with an ‘Enjoy Work’ philosophy and a wellness-focused campus offering yoga, outdoor gyms, and green spaces that reflect BAT’s inclusive and future-fit ethos.

Hear from our Graduate

Let's hear from one of our top Global Graduates - Benedetta Baratiri. Benedetta began her journey as a Marketing GG and has since progressed into an exciting new role as a Brand Executive. Her experience offers a firsthand look at the opportunities, growth, and impact that the GG programme can unlock.

“It has been an incredible opportunity. Rotating across three different marketing functions gave me exposure to diverse teams and ways of working, developing and enhancing broader set of skills. The Global Graduate Programme taught me how to quickly adapt to new environments, work effectively with different teams, and approach problem-solving from different prospectives."

“During the programme you are assigned to a mentor and a coach. They not only support you during the programme, but they also guide you in shaping your future career; understanding what you aspire to, navigating challenges and so on.”
