Latam South's Trainee Programme 

Our Global Graduate Programme is an 18 month, fast-track development programme for high potential fresh graduates and young professionals to take on a leadership role after graduation! 

The aim of this program is to raise the future leaders of BAT. 

With the opportunity to challenge themselves from day one and achieve accelerated growth in one of the country's largest companies, the participants go through a development journey focused on leadership and conclude the process already hired in managerial positions.

Global Grad Academy  

As part of the programme, the Global Graduate will take part in the Global Grad Academy, an intensive training course in England focused on developing the next generation of diverse leaders and accelerating the development of commercial leadership skills.

It is a busy and inspiring two weeks of immersive learning experience for the all the Graduates in BAT all over the world. 

The event is the heart of the Global Graduate Programme, designed to give our grads the insight into what it takes to run a global business by accelerating their commercial awareness, functional and leadership skills. 

Is also an opportunity to network with senior leaders, get to know their peers, and hear from programme alumni.
