Maintenance Supervisor

This role oversees manufacturing and maintenance operations, leading teams to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant production. The Supervisor drives equipment reliability, continuous improvement, and team performance in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Your key responsibilities will include:

•  Aligns manufacturing operations with company goals by setting clear expectations, managing performance, and developing a skilled, high-performing team.
• Analyzes operational data to optimize workflow, control processes, reduce costs, and drive cross-department collaboration and issue resolution.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory standards, environmental health and safety (EHS) policies, and company safety requirements while guiding teams in proper application.
• Leads continuous improvement initiatives, identifying process enhancements and developing data-driven recommendations for materials, inventory, and efficiency.
• Oversees preventive maintenance by troubleshooting equipment and systems and conducting regular inspections to maintain operational reliability.

What are we looking for?

• Lead and motivate teams in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment, demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills.

• Troubleshoot manufacturing equipment, facilities, and system failures with sound problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Deliver high performance while managing production employees, ideally within regulated environments (FDA, food, beverage, or tobacco preferred).
• Operate as a self‑starter who drives continuous improvement, challenges the status quo, and leverages computer systems and Microsoft Office tools.
• Meet role requirements including a valid driver’s license and a high school diploma/GED (Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering, or related field preferred).
