We’re looking for a new colleague to join our ambitious and dynamic Business Development team. You’ll be part of driving our Nordics Trade System Transformation agenda, being a fundamental bridge between the Commercial and Technology Team, creating clear business requirements to automation projects, promoting standardization of business KPIs and processes while guaranteeing quality of output to drive business insights and actions.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Refine Business Requirements: Mapping synergies and automation needs for the Nordic markets to drive commercial efficiency and clear business requirements while creating a framework that enables effectively prioritize initiatives.
- Collaboration with Technology Team: Guaranteeing alignment with the Technology team, anticipating Global driven projects and incorporating Nordic needs from start.
- Automation Pipeline Deployment: Effectively collaborate with technology partners to guarantee smooth deployment of initiatives, bringing to the discuss the commercial-automation mindset.
- Data Integrity & CRM Hygiene: Being the voice of optimization requirement for the CRM system, guaranteeing seamless data flow and output quality.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze and recommend adjustment to deployed initiatives, enabling a continued journey towards business efficiency.
What are we looking for?
- Master's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science or related field
- Operational experience in CRM software, preferable Salesforce
- Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements
- Strong project management skills and ability to work independently
- It is a plus if you have experience with other Trade Systems (e.g. Ivy Mobility, Anaplan, PowerBI)
- It is a plus if you have existing trade Marketing/Field exposure, or equivalent
- Fluency in English
