British American Tobacco Bangladesh has an exciting opportunity for Head of Talent, Culture & Inclusion – Bangladesh
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Develop and execute the Bangladesh Talent, Culture & Inclusion strategy in alignment with business, Area and Global priorities.
- Partner with the Bangladesh Leadership Team to strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability and business transformation.
- Lead talent reviews, succession planning, talent calibration, workforce planning and capability-building processes across the organization.
- Build sustainable pipelines and succession coverage for critical, leadership and business-critical roles.
- Drive employee engagement, culture transformation and high-performance initiatives, ensuring measurable improvements in organizational health.
- Champion Diversity, Equity & Inclusion priorities and strengthen representation, belonging and inclusion across diverse talent segments.
- Provide strategic guidance on organization design, workforce transformation, leadership effectiveness and complex organizational change.
- Shape the Industrial Relations strategy and ensure compliance with BAT governance, people policies and applicable Bangladesh labor legislation.
- Lead, coach and develop the Bangladesh HR team while partnering with HR Business Partners, Functional Directors and specialist HR teams to deliver integrated people solutions.
- Advise and influence senior stakeholders on people-related opportunities and risks and represent Bangladesh in Area and Global Talent & Culture forums.
What are we looking for?
- 12–15 years’ progressive HR experience within multinational organizations.
- Strong experience across Talent Management, Organization Effectiveness, Leadership Development, Employee Engagement and culture transformation.
- Proven track record of advising senior leadership teams and leading complex organizational change initiatives.
- Strong understanding of succession planning, workforce planning, organizational design and leadership capability development.
- Sound knowledge of Bangladesh Labour Law, governance, compliance and Industrial Relations practices.
- Strong commercial acumen, analytical capability and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, influencing, stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related discipline; a Master’s degree is preferred.
