Your key responsibilities will include:

• Manage procurement of materials in line with BAT procurement policies and reclaiming procedures.
• Ensure effective receipt, storage, inventory control, and issuance of materials with accurate record-keeping and electronic inventory management.
• Oversee the management, segregation, storage, and disposal of reclaimed materials, waste, and scrap in accordance with company policies.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and third-party service providers to ensure smooth reclaiming shed operations.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure timely disposal of scrap materials through approved scrap buyers.
• Lead and supervise third-party contractors and labor teams to deliver operational excellence and maintain workplace standards.
• Ensure compliance with Environment, Health & Safety (EH&S), PI&T, and BAT operational standards.
• Drive operational discipline through Daily Direction Setting (DDS), PDCA methodologies, daily reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain reclaiming facilities and coordinate with Engineering teams to ensure infrastructure and equipment are operating effectively.
• Identify opportunities for innovation, cost optimization, waste reduction, and process improvements.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and supply chain processes.
• Experience managing scrap sales, reclaiming operations, waste management, or industrial warehouse environments.
• Knowledge of operational excellence methodologies such as DDS, PDCA, Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or Daily Management Systems.
• Strong negotiation skills with experience managing suppliers, contractors, and external service providers.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across Operations, Engineering, Procurement, Finance, Security, and Quality teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.
• Good understanding of Environment, Health & Safety requirements in manufacturing environments.
• Proficiency in inventory tracking systems and Microsoft Excel.
