- Supervise third-party contractors and labour teams to deliver operational excellence and maintain workplace standards.
- Manage operational spend and third-party contracts, including raising purchase orders, tracking payments, controlling slow-moving and obsolete stock, and closing month-end activities.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and third-party service providers to ensure smooth and uninterrupted warehouse operations.
- Track warehouse performance measures and implement improvements that lift throughput, reduce cost and strengthen compliance with health, safety, environmental and internal control requirements.
- Ensure full compliance with Environment, Health & Safety (EH&S), ESG, standard operating procedures, internal financial controls and local regulatory requirements, keeping all material handling equipment in base condition and handling defects through proper root cause analysis and corrective action.
- Drive operational discipline through Daily Direction Setting (DDS), PDCA methodologies, daily reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain warehouse infrastructure in coordination with Engineering teams and identify opportunities for innovation, cost optimization, space utilization, and process improvements.
