British American Tobacco Bangladesh has an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Commercial Finance Manager-Leaf
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting of the Leaf function to End Market Corporate Finance Planning & Reporting, Region, and Global Functions.
- Manage the Leaf Export Profit & Loss, providing insights to drive performance.
- Track and optimize Capex investments aligned with strategic priorities.
- Act as a Finance Business Partner to the Leaf Supply Chain team, supporting export growth and working capital efficiency.
- Uphold financial governance and ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
- Identify and manage financial risks within the Leaf function.
What are we looking for?
- 3–4 years of experience in Finance, ideally within FMCG, banking, or telecom sectors
- Strong collaboration skills across teams like Leaf, Supply Chain, Procurement, Legal, and Global Finance
- Proven ability to work with large datasets and deliver timely, accurate financial reporting
- Sharp analytical mindset paired with clear, confident communication of financial insights
- Ability to work with agility under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement and expectation management
- Solid understanding of compliance, governance, and practical application in daily operations
