BAT is recruiting an Insurance Manager to support the delivery of the Group’s insurance programmes and provide specialist insurance input across the business, working with collaborators across Finance, Procurement and Operations.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, technically strong and analytical Insurance Manager to join a rapidly evolving global organisation. It is also responsible for quantifying, analysing and presenting the Group’s insurance exposures, including material prepared for senior partners, ensuring the approach remains relevant to BAT’s evolving supply chain, climate-related risks and broader business priorities. The role is expected to make effective use of data analytics and AI to strengthen exposure insight and improve process efficiency within the function.
