BRITISH AMERICAN TOBACCO MÉXICO HAS AN EXCITING OPPORTUNITY FOR ASupply Network AnalystIN MONTERREY
YOUR KEY RESPONSABILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Documentation and standardization of EM processes such as:
- Non – Criminal Losses: Ensure correct differentiation of stock in SAP along with Planning and WH through a SKU detailed template to follow up with finance notings submissions. Additionally, tracking of budget consumption, destruction process (start to finish), and year-end provision process.
- Productivity Savings Report: project follow up with EM’s.
- Export Planning processes and KPI’s creation across LANCAR.
- BCP readiness PSCH, Sourcing Contingency and Manufacturing Recovery, ensuring updates as per plan in coordination with Global Contingency Sourcing, Planning Hub and local teams (MCSP, BIA, Recovery Plan) for MX/CAN.
- IWS Master Plan and SCH Skill Matrix development and follow up.
- Specific support on DFA DMS application across LANCAR.
- Support contract / SLAs and regulatory intercompany conditions for exports markets. Follow up with SCH Managers and implementation of a standardized monthly report to evaluate the compliance state of each EM regarding SCH contractual relationships.
- Support PSCH & SSCH KPI definition and centralization, aligned to the IWS mindset and criteria.
- MEX & CAN Maquila KPI dashboard development, including execution follow up.
- SNO Support
- Expiration risks and WOFF follow up standardization across categories.
- Global reports follow up ensuring information is timely updated and reviewed for most precise results. Ex: Working Capital.
- Productivity Savings, project summary gathering ensuring complete information to upload in PSTT.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Bachelor’s degree in: Engineering, Economy, Finance, Statistics or similar.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office Tools.
- Fluent English: written and speaking. (Advanced)
- Very good communication skills, organizational skills, ability to prioritize and able to work with tight deadlines
- Multi-tasks; good in data mining and consolidating large amount of data; proactive
- Proactive and willing to continuous development
- Experience analysing large databases
