What are the key objectives and expectations from this role?
The E2E Planning & Deployment Manager sits within the Growth Hub team as part of the wider Global Consumer Engagement function. The role supports the end-to-end planning, coordination, and deployment of growth initiatives across acquisition, conversion, and retention journeys, CX data-driven strategy (enabled by the Growth Hub) are translated into prioritized, market-ready activation plans, including the cross-channel activation of data models to drive scalable consumer engagement.
Key objectives include translating growth strategies and orchestration frameworks into structured deployment plans, coordinating cross-functional inputs, supporting prioritization and readiness assessment, enabling consistent execution across Global, Regions, DRBUs and EMs, and tracking delivery progress, performance learnings, and best practice's adoption.
What is the direct impact of this role on the team or organization?
This role has a direct impact on the quality, speed, and consistency of growth activation across DRBUs. By converting strategic direction into practical plans, deployment toolkits, governance routines, and performance follow-up, the role enables activation teams and markets to execute growth initiatives more effectively, reduce duplication, improve readiness, and accelerate the journey from insight to measurable business impact.
It also contributes to building a CX data-driven organization, ensuring that data models and consumer insights generated through the Growth Hub are effectively activated across channels to unlock measurable growth.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Translate global growth strategies and orchestration frameworks into integrated planning and deployment plans across channels, consumer touchpoints, and markets.
- Enable the cross-channel activation of data models ensuring that consumer data from the Growth Hub is translated into scalable CX execution
- Prioritise growth initiatives by balancing business impact, consumer value, market readiness, resource requirements, and execution feasibility.
- Coordinate cross-functional planning and alignment across marketing, data, CRM, media, marketplaces, analytics, and technology teams to ensure deployment readiness.
- Develop and maintain end-to-end deployment roadmaps, including timelines, achievements, dependencies, procedural frameworks, and execution handoffs.
- Lead deployment governance and performance tracking, proactively leading risks, issues, decisions, dependencies, and escalation pathways.
- Enable market teams through deployment playbooks, toolkits, templates, and best-practice guidance to drive consistent and high-quality activation.
- Monitor deployment performance against agreed KPIs, capturing insights, learnings, and optimisation opportunities to improve future growth initiatives.
- Support continuous improvement of planning, deployment, and test-and-learn processes by embedding feedback loops, measurement frameworks, and scalable ways of working.
What are we looking for?
- 7+ years of experience in marketing, consumer experience, growth, digital activation, project management, or commercial planning roles within consumer-facing organisations
- Strong planning and deployment management capabilities, with the ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable execution plans, achievements, and deliverables.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with proven track record to align cross-functional teams and drive execution in matrix organisations.
- Strong project and program management expertise, including governance, prioritisation, risk management, dependency management, and progress tracking.
- Solid understanding of consumer journeys and omnichannel marketing, including CRM, personalisation, media, marketplaces, acquisition, conversion, and retention strategies.
- Proficiency in using performance data, dashboards, Key Performance Indicators reporting, funnel metrics, and test-and-learn insights to support decision-making and optimisation.
- Good understanding of marketing technology ecosystems, including CRM platforms, marketing automation solutions, CDPs, media technologies, and measurement tools.
