WE ARE LOOKING FOR AMAINTENANCE ANALYST

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

Reports to:Senior Area Manager

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

·Develops partnership relationships with external agencies, and providers to drive success and enhance effectiveness of processes.

·Investigates the scope of work, plans materials, tools, evaluates the impact to production schedules, and plans, schedules, and coordinates the work with all involved to optimize efficiency and timeliness.

·Utilizes the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to prepare reports for various of the operation, as well as to facilitate continuous improvement.

·Identifies root cause of and implements new methods or technology to enhance effectiveness and drive success.

·Maximizes equipment reliability and availability by returning equipment to OEM design standards through use of planned maintenance.

·Manages CMMS data collection and information gathering to provide the planned maintenance service more effectively in the future. Analyzes CMMS data to learn how to improve the maintenance process.

·Plans corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance work orders using the CMMS.

·Performs the initial job screening, analyzes job requirements, conducts job research and builds detailed job plans.

·Ensures that all internal partners of the Maintenance department receive timely, efficient, and quality services.

·Collaborates with Operations management and engineering to balance daily output with the need for equipment reliability through pro-active maintenance.

·Performs long and short-range planning and provides data to support budget and staffing requirements.

CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?

·Do you have prior experience with Manufacturing Controls Systems?

·Are you proficient in Microsoft Office computer applications?

·Do you have knowledge & experience with SAP?

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

·Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization, possess a high sense of urgency and strong work ethic.

·Computer skills using Process Control System Ignition and MS Office products (i.e., Word, and Outlook).

·Analytical problem solving, decision making, and negotiating skills.

·Demonstrated ability to work efficiently, be pro-active, and communicate effectively with team members and management.

·Proficiency in computer skills (including Microsoft Office Suite) and the ability to quickly learn new computer skills.

·Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills

·High School Diploma or equivalent and basic skills in MS Office computer applications; Or associate degree in Technical or related field and relevant work experience.

BENEFICIAL

·Experience in an FDA regulated work environment.

·Knowledge/experience with Integrated Work Systems.

·Manufacturing Process Control Systems

SALARY AND BENEFITS OVERVIEW

Wage Information

·Competitive Hourly Wage Salary

·Bonus Target: 7% percent

The following is a general summary of the competitive compensation and benefit plans we offer:

·401(k) plan that offers opportunity to save on pre- and post-tax basis up to 50 percent of eligible compensation.

oCompany matches 100 percent of employee pre-tax/Roth (401k) contributions up to six percent

oCompany contributes an additional three percent to 401(k) whether employee participates or not
