British American Tobacco Hellas has an exciting opportunity for a Consumer Experience Intern in Athens
We are looking for a talented, highly motivated intern with a positive, can do attitude, to join our Consumer Experience team, based in Athens. As a Consumer Experience Intern in our team, you will have the opportunity for a first hand experience working in a multinational company, with a dynamic team and to develop practical skills in an excellent working environment.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assist in the implementation of events & entertainment plan to ensure activation & brand campaigns are achieved on time in full
- Monitor & report 121 Activation performance and follow up with correcting actions
- Manage brand communication activities through pro-active contact with external service agencies (e.g. advertising agency) and other departments within the Company to ensure excellent quality of deliverables and that key milestones are met
- Monitor and keeping well track of records related to Purchase Orders to ensure budget file is always up to date
- Identify market opportunities, and develop responsive actions based on thorough analysis of market data & consumer insights
What are we looking for?
Experience Required
- University Degree in BA/ Marketing/ similar field and Master’s in Marketing or MBA
- 1-2 years of experience in a Marketing Activation role, where you have proved your ability to learn quickly and that you are detail and results-oriented
- Possess strong communication, collaboration and engagement skills, ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, proactive
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to drive projects on your own
- Leadership demonstrated through extra-curricular activities and global mobility will be considered an asset
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English
