Fixed term contract (6 months)
The Paid HR Internship offers the opportunity to support key BAT HR functions alongside HR professionals committed to fostering a supportive and efficient workplace.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Involvement in HR daily activities.
- Involvement in EVP online and offline activities.
- Organizing events and well-being programs.
- Driving employment branding initiatives.
- Driving employee engagement activities.
- Participating in HR administration processes.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or Human Resources,or a related field (or currently pursuing one) is an advantage.
- English – intermediate, Russian would be an advantage.
- Good communication and organization skills.
- Attention to details.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- A proactive team player with a can-do attitude.
