Level: Internship

Function: HR
Fixed term contract (6 months)

The Paid HR Internship offers the opportunity to support key BAT HR functions alongside HR professionals committed to fostering a supportive and efficient workplace.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Involvement in HR daily activities.
  • Involvement in EVP online and offline activities.
  • Organizing events and well-being programs.
  • Driving employment branding initiatives.
  • Driving employee engagement activities.
  • Participating in HR administration processes.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or Human Resources,or a related field (or currently pursuing one) is an advantage.
  • English – intermediate, Russian would be an advantage.
  • Good communication and organization skills.
  • Attention to details.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • A proactive team player with a can-do attitude.
