British American Tobacco Serbia has an exciting fixed-term opportunity for a Fleet & Facilities Coordinatorin Belgrade, to cover a maternity leave
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Fleet & Facilities Coordinator to take the lead in fleet management and facility operations, while also contributing to Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) initiatives. In this role, you will ensure compliance with legal regulations and BAT standards, contribute to documentation, reporting, and implementation of procedures, while managing the company fleet and overseeing business premises. This position plays a vital role within the HR department, supporting various administrative and operational tasks.
Your responsibilities will include
- Oversee all fleet operations, including budgeting, maintenance, procurement, and user support
- Monitor fuel consumption, track driving behavior, and organize safe driving training
- Manage facility operations, including vendor communication and coordination, office layout, and budget planning
- Control facility-related costs - OPEX and CAPEX
- Coordinate medical check-ups, workplace safety measures, and environmental protection activities
- Maintain and update EHS/Sustainability procedures and ensure compliance across the organization
What are we looking for?
- At least 1 year of experience in managing fleet operations is required
- Skilled in vendor coordination and cost-effective solutions
- Strong communicator with multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment
- Quick, quality-focused problem solver
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Power Point and Word)
