British American Tobacco Denmark has an exciting opportunity for a Junior Brand Executivein Copenhagen, Denmark
This position is based in our ambitious and dynamic Brand Oral team. You will be part of our Strategy Brand Oral team responsible for our local oral nicotine brands across the Nordic markets. We are developing our future portfolio and activities grounded in market and consumer insights.

You will also join the larger Brand Oral team, where we drive the development and implementation of our Oral Nicotine products in the North Western European Countries. You will be given responsibility and your own projects from the beginning, allowing you to develop your career with support at every stage of the process, including on-going feedback and coaching.
The position is based in our Nordic head office in Copenhagen, close to the Central Station Hovedbanegården.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Driving end-to-end delivery of new product introductions (NPIs).
- Briefing external creative agencies on strategy and campaign development.
- Managing budget of own projects.
- Tracking performance and building project post implementation reviews (PIRs) with recommendations for future activities.
- Gathering market and consumer insights that shape our future portfolio and activities.
- Developing your skills to drive own projects and manage cross-functional stakeholders.
- Comply and implement activities in accordance with the rules of laws and regulations relating to environmental protection, safety at work and fire protection, and internal EHS or Sustainability standards and procedures.
What are we looking for?
- Master’s Degree in either Marketing or Business.
- Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills with strong commercial mindset.
- Structured, with strong communication, collaboration and project management skills.
- Proficient Excel and Power Point user.
- Able to perform under pressure in a fast-changing environment.
- Commercial understanding of brands and/ or business projects.
