BAT MANUFACTURING IS LOOKING FOR A LEAF INBOUND COORDINATOR

SENIORITY LEVEL: Non-management

FUNCTION:Operations

LOCATION: South Korea

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Business Operations:

  • Coordinate material shipments from port to warehouse in line with the production schedule.
  • Maintain high inventory accuracy through system transfers and cycle counts.
  • Analyze and manage slow-moving, obsolete, and redundant stock.
  • Ensure timely and accurate customs submissions and manage the AEO calendar.
  • Oversee the duty drawback process to secure proper refunds.

Leadership and Relationship Management:

  • Drive process improvements and cost efficiency in warehouse operations.
  • Foster collaboration with internal stakeholders (SCM, PMD, QA) and external partners (suppliers, logistics providers).

REQUIREMENTS:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience in supply chain management, inventory control, or related roles.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP MM module).

Skills:

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Team-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive approach.
  • Proficient in English and capable of handling compliance and documentation requirements.

Key Competencies:

  • Understanding of material flow, warehouse management, and customs processes.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement (IWS, Kaizen).
  • Cost-conscious mindset with a focus on operational efficiency.
