Your key responsibilities will include:

• Lead analysis & expertise of platforms/projects/enhancements for Sales/Marketing Channels, including B2B eCommerce, CRM, Data analytics.
• Design and review test cases, process changes, and manage project scope, acceptance, installation, and deployment.
• Lead development of end-user technology projects, collaborating with multiple tech suppliers to deliver our digital portfolio.
• Act as the link between Trade and Trade Platforms Team to identify new digital opportunities, driving commercial value and transforming ideas into business cases.
• Work with Global Information & Digital Technology and local Business teams to drive the trade digitalization agenda.
• Collaborate with BAT Legal teams to ensure digital initiatives comply with required legislation.
• Develop detailed process maps and workflows to visualize current and future state processes, identifying areas for improvement and streamlining operations.
• Design and implement change management plans and communication strategies to ensure smooth transitions during system or process changes.

What are we looking for? / What Makes You a Fit?

• University degree in an analytical discipline, such as business or engineering.
• 3+ years of related work experience.
• Business analyst or IT knowledge and experience, particularly in trade and activation processes (e.g. CRM, SAP, Data & Analytics, E-Commerce).
• Project management and ownership skills to drive projects to successful delivery.
• Strong time management and stakeholder management skills.
• Solid experience and knowledge in documentation and planning tools and techniques.
• Proactive and initiative-driven attitude, focusing on creative problem solving and the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and German.
