The role is responsible for processing discounting payments for retailers contracted with Reynolds (US) and their sales representatives. Resolve inquiries about contracts, payments, payment dates, products among others. The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of Excel and macros to maintain and develop projects within the department.

Your key responsibilities will include

• Perform precise analysis of contracted accounts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into efficient Excel/Macros based solutions.
• Comply with the process’ KPIs.
• Process documentation.
• Complete all reports assigned in the recurrence required.
• Analyze and handle situations that may arise, different from the work routine.
• Proactive and looking for possible improvements to make the processes simpler and faster.

What are we looking for?

• Student or graduated of Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge on Excel and Microsoft Office programs .
• Experience working with SLA’s and high quality standards.
• At least 1 year of analyst experience on similar roles.
• Effective communication skills to work collaboratively with partners and team members.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge in SAP and SalesForce is a plus.
