SUB FUNCTION: Corporate Finance

CITY & COUNTRY: Vietnam

What are the key objectives and expectations from this role?  

[Business]

• Be responsible for Vietnam key financials (P&L / Cash Flow)
• Play the central role for constructing Company Plan, Monthly Performance Reporting  forecast
• Provide monthly update of financials for both Vietnam to senior management
• Provide monthly financial forecast and other reports for the Cluster
• Manage period closure to ensure the financial objectives are met
• Ensure BPC reporting timely and accurately completed.
• Control and monitor Overheads expenses for the Vietnam business;
• Be key contact for any queries from auditors (both internal and external), senior management & Region related to management accounting.
• Suggest measures to senior management to improve the Company’s financial performance

• Build strong collaborative working relationships within finance leadership team
• Strong working relationships with cross functional employees
• Self-development by undertaking a capability gap analysis (leadership & functional competency) then pro-active drive development plan to ensure the skill and knowledge levels are met expectations.
• Hold self responsible for high standards of delivery, on time and in full
• Exhibit leadership capabilities in engagement with key stakeholders through behaviors and attitudes which are in line with the guiding principles

ESSENTIAL

• University graduate in Finance/Economics, preferably with a professional accountancy qualification
• At least 3 years working experience as management accountant (preferably for MNC’s)
• Good English communication
• Quick learner, creative and drive-for-results.
• Good knowledge of common application software e.g excel, power point, SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Good administrative and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize works.
• Good inter-personal skills in dealing with internal and external customers/contacts at all levels.
• Sensitivity in dealing with confidential information.
