To support specific channels (Asia Pacific Duty Free, China/HK/Macau Domestic) assigned to achieve its volume objectives by providing comprehensive administrative support in shipping and logistics services, i.e. inbound & outbound shipment handling, liaise with 3PLs in Hong Kong, Marine & Air Control Tower, Hong Kong Customs / Shipping Companies on handling of dutiable goods.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Logistics Operations: Independently manage full set of import/export documents, including permits for bonded and general cargo.
• Shipment Coordination: Arrange container haulage between port and warehouse for inbound and outbound shipments via sea and air.
• Expense & Budget Management: Verify logistics expenses, process payments, and support budget preparation.
• Warehouse & Stock Management: Plan and monitor stock-in to prevent extra costs or demurrage and provide reports for transportation planning.
• Claims & Compliance Handling: Manage cargo claims, coordinate customs reports, and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze stock movement, inventory status, and delivery times to provide warehouse utilization and contractor performance reports.
• Stakeholder & Relationship Management: Maintain strong communication with internal teams, customs, shipping companies, and logistics partners to ensure smooth operations.
• Process Improvement & Innovation: Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements, challenge existing processes, and provide flexible logistics solutions.

What are we looking for?

• Minimum of Degree graduate with at least 3 years of logistics/supply chain experience in an FMCG company.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Lotus Notes, SAP, and SRM.
• Experienced in Tradelink-DCP application, online Import/Export Declaration processing, and Customs Vanning/Devaning Notification.
• Familiar with bonded cargo handling, bonded warehouse operations, and customs regulations.
• Strong communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
• Ensure company service targets are met through efficient logistics operations.
• Quick to learn and apply new knowledge in logistics and supply chain processes.
• Strengthen relationships with shipping companies, 3PLs, and customer service teams for seamless operations.
• Provide accurate and timely reports for management and Hong Kong Customs.
• Work closely with internal teams (Customer Service & Finance) and external partners (warehouse, contractors, shipping companies, and customs) for operational efficiency.
