FUNCTION: Order to Cash (O2C)
REPORTING TO: Order to Cash – Assistant Manager
LOCATION: Sunway Geo, Subang Jaya
GEOGRAPHIC SCOPE: APMEA (Taiwan, Singapore, Sri Lanka)
Role Positioning and Objectives
This role will be involved in overseeing and performing the processing of information within the Billing processes to ensure quality and accurate completion of services and key performance indicators (KPIs), as defined in the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
