British American Tobacco Indonesia has an exciting opportunity for QC Staff HM in Kudus
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Lead all aspects of review, control and handling of availability of goods or materials needed by the laboratory to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Ensure efficient implementation of quality requirements and compliance throughout the production process.
- Accountable for delivering project outcomes and execution.
- Consistently assess and carry out daily quality compliance on shop floor.
- Ensure validity and precision of measurement results.
- Analyze measured data trends acquired and observe deviation.
- Implement and maintain quality Daily Management System (DMS) on shop floor.
- Participate in daily quality trouble shooting in shop floor and ensure accurate product release protocols are followed.
- Apply quality procedure/guideline and implementation in day-to-day operations.
- Authorized to perform instrument verification and troubleshooting according to established guideline.
- Authorized to hold finished good or halt production process in response to any quality defect finding.
What are we looking for?
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Chemistry, Biology, Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or other relevant fields. - Experience:
Minimum 1 year experience in a quality control or production environment, preferably in the tobacco or FMCG industry.
Fresh graduates with strong curiosity about quality are encouraged to apply.
- Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of quality inspection methods and sampling techniques.
Understanding of GMP, hygiene standards, and tobacco product specifications is an added advantage.
Familiarity with visual inspection, weight checking, moisture testing, and defect classification.
Ability to operate basic measuring tools and recording systems.
- Soft Skills:
Strong attention to detail and keen observation skills.
Excellent interpersonal .influencing and the ability to drive partnership.
Demonstrates resilience and adaptability in fast paced environments.
Open to learn and adapt to traditional/manual processes. - Other Requirements:
Flexible to shift schedules.
Demonstrates physical capability of performing manual inspections in production areas.
Committed to upholding high standards of product quality and regulatory compliance.
