British American Tobacco Pakistan has an exciting opportunity for a B2B Administrator
This role is required to support the administration of B2B platforms, inclusive of data management & updates. This role will also support B2B Executives for data & reporting requirements, basic CRM set up, Customer segmentation, journey planning, and uploading work.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Strong understanding of the organization’s B2B digital platform and its operational capabilities.
- Support CRM setup and platform administrative tasks, ensuring smooth platform operation.
- Manage and update B2B platform data, including content tagging, customer data, SKU listings, and pricing.
- Assist with reporting and data analysis, providing insights to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with IT teams or platform vendors to resolve any technical issues as needed.
- Ensure timely and accurate content uploads onto the B2B platform, meeting deadlines and requirements.
- Maintain data accuracy and ensure compliance with governance policies and guidelines.
- Proactively manage data updates to ensure all information is current and aligned with platform needs.
What are we looking for?
- 2-3 years of working experience digital platform administration or e-commerce operations
- Experience in Digital Platforms for B2B/B2C and CRM tools (Adobe Commerce experience preferred)
- Strong attention to detail for data accuracy and understanding
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in B2B Digital Platforms and CRM tools (Adobe Commerce experience preferred)
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams& above markets and manage multiple projects effectively.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing/Data Analytics
