British American Tabbaco Swizerland has an exiciting opportunity for a Field Force & Sales Engagement Coordinator in Lausanne.
You will contribute to the implementation of Field Force programmes and projects, ensuring that all meet the business requirements.
- Support the Sales Representatives team’s efficiency
- Support the Sales Representatives to drive growth, along with monitoring and tracking its performance and proposing gap closing measures
- Support the implementation and deployment of the Field Force programs in terms of strategy, content and programs capabilities.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Monitor of the long-term cycle planning for the trade activities in retail
- Support in the monitoring of retail independent performance with analysis and insights generation
- Identify and develop guidelines for customer groups or channels, maximizing drive brand visibility
- Support in using and actively proposing innovative projects and system improvements in order to optimize the achievement of company plan targets
- Manage Field Force external trade vendors to ensure effective and on-time payment of services
- Overseeing and participating to the different Field Force projects in scope
- Develop effective working relationships with Sales Representatives, Customer Management and Brands departments to ensure the alignment of Field Force initiatives
- Ensure the building and maintaining of good internal and external contacts by encouraging a professional and integrated relationship, in order to enhance the image of the organization in the market
What are we looking for?
- HES or University Degree or equivalent
- PC literate (Microsoft Office with proficiency in Excel required and knowledge of SalesForce is a strong asset)
- Languages: Fluency in English and French or German, with good knowledge of the other language
- Effective communication and presentation
- Strong analytical skills
- Project Management Skills
- One to two years’ experience in a FMCG company is an asset
