We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Legal & Compliance Intern to join our team and provide and effective legal services and support our compliance agenda. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and solid practical knowledge in legal services and compliance management within Switzerland and Austria.

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

• Support the Legal Department Business Guidance: Support the Legal Team with legal research and legal assessments in order for the Legal department to provide accurate guidance. Also, you will support in drafting legal documents and reviewing contracts to ensure proper standards are in place for the Company.
• Support Compliance Implementation: Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of our compliance management program, ensuring our policies and procedures are top-notch.
• Update Compliance Tools: Keep our compliance tools and reports up-to-date, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
• Day-to-Day Compliance Activities: Get involved in various activities, including corporate compliance, anti-bribery and corruption procedures, contract management, records management, and more.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Recent Graduate: Bachelor's or Master's degree in law, with basic relevant working experience being a plus.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French, with a good knowledge of German being a plus.
• Time Management: Ability to juggle multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to Detail: Ensure the accuracy of documentation and maintain high standards.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders internally.
• Independence and Initiative: Ability to work independently and drive your own tasks with ongoing support from the team.
