British American Tobacco Iberiahas an exciting opportunity for a Campaign Executivein Madrid
The job holder will be responsible for leading the campaign execution across omni-channel campaigns, leveraging insights, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration to drive impactful consumer experiences and competitive market presence.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Deliver successful activation of the brands through the different omni channels campaigns planning and touchpoints: Retail activation touchpoints, Point of Sale Material, Digital platforms and BTL initiatives.
- Analyze and cross information with market and brand performance to get new insight for new initiatives and recommendations.
- Generate new solutions for Retail in order to be competitive, proactive and make a difference vs. the competition.
- Analyze competition and other industries activation to propose new activation tools or materials.
- Handle communication between Brand Marketing, Trade Marketing and Field Force to ensure excellence in execution.
- Full alignment with Category teams to ensure brand strategy is developed in Iberia markets.
- Ensure strong alignment with creative agencies.
- Ensure a Strong and good relation and communication with production agencies, suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure excellence planning process and activation.
- Full control of campaign development from area alignment and agency brief to deployment on field.
- Monitor and control of the correct Marketing investment budget allocation per activation tool.
- Support in Campaign Planning Management Coordination
- Develop the Consumer Experience KPI framework and continuous tracking
What are we looking for?
- University Degree in Marketing, Business or similar
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in marketing positions
- Fluent English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- High Knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Experience in digital marketing will be valuable
- Strong analytical skills
- High effective in planning and organization
- Acknowledged and proven leadership, proactivity, and ownership
- Acknowledged and proven oral and written communication skills
- Project Management Skills
- Ability to multitask and influence others
- Team player and Strong interpersonal skills
