British American Tobacco Indonesiahas an exciting opportunity for an IWS Executivein Malang, Indonesia.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Digital Roadmap Development & Process Mapping
- Map and document the entire end-to-end digital process flow from supplier order to customer fulfillment.
- Identify key digital touchpoints, data flows, and manual struggles within the process.
- Ensure all mapped processes are aligned with business objectives and compliance requirements.
Driving Digital Initiatives
- Lead and coordinate digital transformation initiatives in collaboration with IDT and relevant collaborators.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions with the support of technical teams.
- Track project achievements and ensure on-time, within-scope delivery.
Prioritization Based on Business Losses
- Analyze operational losses and inefficiencies to identify high-impact digitalization opportunities.
- Develop and apply prioritization frameworks to build a focused digital roadmap.
- Engage stakeholders to validate and align on digital priorities.
Benefit Quantification
- Define and track KPIs to measure the tangible and intangible benefits of each digital initiative.
- Develop cost-benefit analyses and ROI estimates to support project justification and funding.
- Present post-implementation performance reviews and insights for continuous improvement.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in digital transformation, operations (manufacturing or supply chain), or process improvement roles.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain, manufacturing process or operational workflows. Preferably FMCG.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including IT/IDT departments.
- Familiarity with digital tools, platforms, and project management methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to quantify impact.
- Effective communication and collaborator management skills.
- Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and digital technologies (RPA, IoT, dashboards, SQL; 0365 – power automate, BI).
- Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or supply chain industries.
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or Agile is a plus.
