The role as Scheduling Admin is to perform tactical, operational and strategic production planning for all the production facilities within the end market of snus.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop optimal production plans considering machinery constraints, product allocation, downtimes, and proactively adjust based on daily performance and new constraints.
- Collaborate with the Production Planning team to determine weekly factory production volumes and maintain accurate capacity data.
- Monitor production performance, address material shortages promptly, and handle emergencies like machine breakdowns with alternative production plans.
- Ensure all systems are updated with new product plans and reflect real-time changes in production scheduling.
- Comply and implement activities in accordance with the rules of laws and regulations relating to environmental protection, safety at work and fire protection, and internal EHS or Sustainability standards and procedures.
Your profile:
Requirements regarding knowledge and experience
- Fluency in English (professional level) – Swedish is considered an advantage.
- Good computer skills (Microsoft)
- Good communications skills’
Beneficials:
- SAP Knowledge will be an advantage
- Experience in a factory, ideally in production planning department
- Good knowledge about the products, machines and production processes
