British American TobaccoMexico has an exciting opportunity for a Consumer Analytics Executive (Rewards Program) in Monterrey
The Digital Analytics Executive exists to provide company with continuous, objective, relevant information, analysis, and advice that allows the company to understand the consumers in depth to formulate brand and marketing strategy with a focus on drive to digital, Loyalty Rewards programs, digital consumer behaviour, data analysis & analytical insights.
The position plays a pivotal role for analytics tasks for the organization, including creating effective strategies to extract data and analyse it to derive actionable insights that enhance our understanding of consumer behaviour, measure engagement metrics, and drive personalized promotions, monitor key metrics, and implement analytics solutions for the products or services to shape up a compelling CRM strategy.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Provide leadership on the analysis, consolidation, solutioning and recommendation related with consumer behavior, engagement and personalized offers program.
- Develop analytical approached to answer business questions and handle end-user reports with high-quality information, including actionable insights.
- Proactively mine data to build cross-platform analyses of consumer behavior.
- Build in-depth analyses of consumer interactions with digital platforms.
- Automate reports through data visualization tools, crafting impactful dashboards.
- Identify consumer segments and supervise their performance over time.
- Leverage the power of analytics to find opportunities that drive business growth and enable decision-making.
- Participate in the design and execution of experimental analyses to validate hypothesis related to consumer behavior.
What are we looking for?
- 3+ years of work experience in Analytics/Digital with partner management and project management background in a large scale organization.
- Shown experience as a Data Analyst Manager or similar role, with a focus on Consumer behavior analysis, Digital Analytics and Digital Marketing.
- SQL Sophisticated, Dashboarding knowledge: building, configurating & customizing for democratization of data to enable easy use and reading data (e.g. Power Bi, Tableau, etc.).
- Excellent English written, oral and presentation/communication skills is a must.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Bachelor in Analytics/Digital Marketing (Master’s degree would be an added advantage).
