British American TobaccoMexico has an exciting opportunity for a Master Planner in Monterrey
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Manage and design production wheels in an efficient way for the factory KPIs.
- Manage production changes based on the EM needs.
- To deliver the finished goods replenishment plan by calculating replenishment requirements on all levels of the primary supply chain on a weekly basis, based on weekly demand plan.
- To provide finished goods tactical replenishment plan by calculating replenishment requirements on a monthly basis based on monthly demand forecast for the assigned segments of the supply chain.
- To maintain finished goods stock levels on consolidation warehouse as per the inventory policies individually set for storage location/SKU.
- To create distribution model for new/modified product launches/promo campaigns and to maintain and analyse tolerances for supply alerts.
- To ensure availability of timely and accurate information of replenishment requirements for the rest of the weekly planning processes.
- To contribute to regular reviews of inventory policies for finished goods and on storage location/SKU level and identify potential inventory liabilities / issues and escalate.
- To manage exceptional requests through the supply chain to ensure the most effective response whilst balancing the needs of the end market, other customers, and Operations and to manage orders, forecasts,and the end market portfolios.
- Ensure activities within the Weekly control cycle process are executed on time in full. (most critical accountability – will be used when advertising)
What are we looking for?
- BS in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or any equivalent qualifications.
- At least 1-2 years of supply chain experience preferably in a planning role.
- Fully Bilingual (Advanced).
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Excellent analytical and planning skills, strong customer engagement abilities, an influential and convincing approach, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
