Project Management Office Analyst

A PMO Analyst supports project managers in planning, executing, and closing projects. They help ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Assist in project planning and scheduling.
• Track project progress and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Organize project meetings and maintain documentation.
• Coordinate resources and manage communication between teams.
• Monitor project budgets and expenses.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management.

What are we looking for?

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello).
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Management or a related field.
• Relevant experience in project coordination or administration.
• Certification in project management (e.g., CAPM, PMP) is a plus.
• Work Environment: Typically office-based, but may involve remote work and travel to project sites.
