POSITIONNEMENT DU POSTE ET OBJECTIFS

Le rôle est responsable de la prestation de services à l'échelle de l'entreprise, couvrant l'infrastructure, les applications métier, la technologie marketing et l'informatique des utilisateurs finaux. Cette personne favorise l'excellence opérationnelle, la résilience des services, la cybersécurité et la transformation continue dans un environnement commercial complexe, dynamique et réglementé. Le rôle garantit l'alignement stratégique entre les services informatiques et les besoins de l'entreprise, permettant ainsi l'agilité, la performance et l'innovation.

Vos zones de responsabilité sont:

  • Définir et diriger la stratégie des services informatiques locaux, en veillant à l'alignement avec les normes mondiales et les besoins spécifiques du marché.
  • Exécuter et optimiser les processus de gestion des services basés sur ITIL (Incident, Problème, Changement, Demande, Connaissance et Gestion des niveaux de service).
  • Superviser la performance et la conformité des équipes internes et des fournisseurs mondiaux, en assurant la création de valeur grâce aux revues de service et aux programmes d'amélioration.
  • Surveiller et appliquer les SLA, KPI et OLA dans les domaines de service, en gouvernant le catalogue de services local.
  • Assurer des opérations ininterrompues et la disponibilité des systèmes sur les plateformes critiques pour l'entreprise (ERP, CRM, middleware, MarTech, Commerce numérique).
  • Agir en tant que point d'escalade principal pour les services informatiques ; diriger l'engagement des parties prenantes et la communication entre les fonctions et la direction.
  • Posséder et gérer le budget des services informatiques, les contrats et la performance des fournisseurs pour améliorer l'efficacité et les résultats commerciaux.
  • Assurer le respect de la gouvernance informatique, des exigences réglementaires et des audits (SOx), avec un fort accent sur la résilience cybernétique et la réduction des risques.
  • Bâtir une culture de haute performance grâce au mentorat, au coaching et au développement des compétences. (le plus critique)

Ce quoi ce qu’on recherche ?

  • Plus de 5 ans de leadership progressif en informatique dans des organisations mondiales et matricielles.
  • Preuve de la livraison sur l'ensemble du cycle de vie des services informatiques, y compris l'infrastructure, les applications, les services aux utilisateurs finaux et les plateformes numériques.
  • Forte expérience en gouvernance des fournisseurs, intégration des services et externalisation des services.
  • Connaissance des environnements réglementaires, de risque et de conformité (par exemple, SOx, GDPR, ITGC).
  • Leadership efficace dans des environnements d'équipes hybrides/mondiales et des écosystèmes de parties prenantes.
  • Expérience avec des plateformes d'entreprise telles que Salesforce, SAP, Azure, AWS et ServiceNow.
  • Expertise approfondie des cadres ITIL, en particulier autour de l'amélioration continue des services (CSI).
  • Diplôme de licence en informatique, systèmes d'information, ingénierie ou domaine connexe.
  • Certifications préférées : ITIL Intermediate ou Expert (requis), PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile / SAFe (préféré), Fondations et plus (atout) en Cloud (Azure/AWS), et Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) (atout). (most critical)

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

The role is responsible forenterprise-wide service delivery across infrastructure, business applications, marketing technology, and end-user computing. These individual drives operational excellence, service resilience, cybersecurity, and continuous transformation within a complex, fast-paced, and regulated business environment. The role ensures strategic alignment between IT services and business needs, enabling agility, performance, and innovation.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Define and lead the local IT Services strategy, ensuring alignment with global standards and market-specific needs.
  • Execute and optimize ITIL-based Service Management processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Service Level Management).
  • Oversee performance and compliance of internal teams and global providers, ensuring value creation through Service Reviews and Improvement Programs.
  • Monitor and enforce SLAs, KPIs, and OLAs across service domains, governing the local Service Catalogue.
  • Ensure uninterrupted operations and system availability across business-critical platforms (ERP, CRM, middleware, MarTech, Digital Commerce).
  • Act as the primary escalation point for IT services; lead stakeholder engagement and communication across functions and senior leadership.
  • Own and manage the IT Services budget, contracts, and vendor performance to drive efficiency and commercial outcomes.
  • Ensure adherence to IT governance, regulatory, and audit requirements (SOx), with a strong focus on cyber resilience and risk mitigation.
  • Build a culture of high performance through mentoring, coaching, and capability development.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • 5+ years of progressive IT leadership in global, matrixed organizations
  • Proven delivery across the full IT services lifecycle, including infrastructure, applications, end-user services, and digital platforms
  • Strong experience with vendor governance, service integration, and service outsourcing
  • Knowledge of regulatory, risk, and compliance environments (e.g., SOx, GDPR, ITGC)
  • Effective leadership in hybrid/global team environments and stakeholder ecosystems
  • Experience with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, Azure, AWS, and ServiceNow
  • Deep expertise in ITIL frameworks, particularly around Continual Service Improvement (CSI)
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
  • Preferred certifications: ITIL Intermediate or Expert (required), PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile / SAFe (preferred), Cloud (Azure/AWS) Foundations and higher (asset), and Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) (asset)
