PURPOSE STATEMENT
L’objectif est de créer et de maintenir des données de base SAP précises, fiables et intégrées dans les systèmes métier supportant SAP pour la fabrication, conformément à la plateforme commune des opérations globales et aux meilleures pratiques du groupe. Il s’agit également de fournir un support adéquat au Planificateur de Matériaux.
RESPONSABILITÉS PRINCIPALES
Collecter les informations nécessaires à la création, modification ou suppression des codes articles dans SAP, en assurant leur exactitude, leur conformité aux normes CORE, et leur soumission en temps voulu.
Créer, modifier et supprimer les produits finis (FG), semi-finis (SFG) et les articles WMS pour tous les produits fabriqués à l’usine BAT d’Oran.
Exécuter les rapports de qualité des données (Global DQ) et garantir la mise en œuvre des actions correctives dans les délais (OTIF).
Planifier quotidiennement le réapprovisionnement ODS et veiller à la fluidité des opérations de déplacement, en coordination étroite avec les équipes entrepôt.
Participer aux réunions DDS des chaînes d'approvisionnement locales et du SNO, assurer la circulation d’informations correcte et ponctuelle, et piloter les actions dans les délais. Contribuer activement au processus d'amélioration continue IWS et mettre en œuvre les actions nécessaires à la préparation des phases, en ligne avec les exigences du pilier SN.
ENGAGEMENT EN MATIÈRE DE DURABILITÉ
Être un modèle en matière de sécurité et de durabilité au sein de l’environnement opérationnel.
Participer aux réunions quotidiennes de planification DDS et piloter les actions de sécurité liées au DMS.
Se conformer à toutes les normes et règles de durabilité et suivre les consignes émises par l’équipe et les managers Durabilité.
Gérer correctement les checklists et contrôles, si nécessaire.
Porter les équipements de protection individuelle requis (EPI).
Déclarer les quasi-accidents et les risques.
Soutenir l’équipe Durabilité dans la création d’un environnement de travail sûr et durable.
Participer aux formations sur la durabilité.

Le poste relève du Cell Manager et se situe au sein du département Supply Chain de la Division Opérations, dans l’usine d’Oran.
COMPÉTENCES ET EXPÉRIENCE REQUISES
Compétences techniques
Diplôme universitaire requis, avec au moins deux ans d’expérience en environnement industriel.
Bonne connaissance du système SAP.
Maîtrise des normes CORE pour FG, SFG et WMS.
Connaissance produit permettant de nettoyer les données dans le système.
Maîtrise des outils MS Office et des applications de gestion de données.
Compétences en communication
Capacités rédactionnelles, esprit logique et analytique.
Compétences en gestion de projet, en présentation et en communication.
Excellentes aptitudes relationnelles et de communication.
Facteurs clés de succès
Données de base SAP précises, claires et fiables.
Communication rapide des changements de données de base aux utilisateurs concernés.
Conformité de toutes les données aux normes du groupe.
Documentation claire et conforme aux standards.
Résultats des rapports DQ en ligne avec les objectifs.
