Provide technical support to ensure the uninterrupted operation of the machine in order to deliver the desired production quantity and quality.
Participate in the maintenance of all machines according to the maintenance plan.
Control waste and work on reducing its amount.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of machines.
Ensure safety and hygiene in the area and on the machine under responsibility.
Comply with occupational safety, health, and environmental rules.
Complete and timely fill in the reports and checklists as defined in the procedures.
Complete the tasks defined in the IWS workflows within the shift:
Centerline
Clean, Inspect & Lubricate
Defect Handling
Incident Elimination
Changeover
Maintenance Planning & Scheduling
Change Management
DDS
Shiftly DDS
Context / Environment:
It is expected to operate SMD machines or equipment without any problems.
Minimum of a technical high school diploma.
At least 1 year of experience in a similar position within the Manufacturing Industry.
Knowledge of production machines and auxiliary equipment.
Ability to communicate effectively with team members.
Skilled in handling mechanical parts and using measuring equipment.
Capability to follow established procedures and forms.
Adhere to the Factory ESG Policy.
Commit to the ESG reporting system in place.
Actively participate in ESG mindset development.
Promote ESG-related initiatives.
Act responsibly toward achieving ESG targets.
Support the sustainability journey.
