PURPOSE STATEMENT

Support the strategic direction, development and execution of BAT’s digital transformation strategy and consumer experience within the digital ecosystem including but not limited to SEO, paid media, social media and eCommerce.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

Strategy Development:

Help building and implementing the digital acquisition strategy to optimize online brand visibility:

  • Growing audience reach and exposure
  • Enhancing organic search presence on Google

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align acquisition efforts with overall business goals.

Data acquisition:

Drive the acquisition of consumer in alignment with local and area teams:

  • Support local teams identify and following best practices
  • Collaborate with Area team to create acquisition journeys
  • Align with legal team on the validity of forms and mechanics
  • Ensure all relevant mechanics are ready and in place

Content 

  • Support key projects to contribute to insights-driven content development in collaboration with the area team, Offline Consumer Experience team, agencies, and LEX. Examples include creating Blog articles, FAQs, Paid Media ads, and Social Media posts.
  • Participate in content audits and engage with internal stakeholders to help improve the quality and quantity of content.
  • Maintain content consistency across all channels, including 3POS, with an omnichannel mindset.

 CRM

  • Create and deploy effective customer journeys to enhance customer engagement and retention.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and promotions across all channels in collaboration with the CRM team.
  • Influence and drive development of impactful sales campaigns that meet business targets.
  • Use customer data and insights to tailor CRM strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Incorporate customer feedback from the data and careline feedback to refine CRM approaches and improve customer satisfaction.

End to End Campaign Execution:

  • Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Work with agencies from initial brief to final assets delivery, and local legal team to ensure we remain within our legal restrictions for all ecommerce related activities.
  • Perform A/B testing to help optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Support the rollout of NPI launches on eCommerce platforms.
  • Contribute to connected/omnichannel journey implementation.

Budget Support:

  • Monitor and report on budget status
  • Oversee and follow-up on PO / GR creation and invoicing from suppliers

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Support the Analytics and Reporting workstream by driving the data team with the support of the Area.
  • Provide regular reports and insights on key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to continuously optimize campaigns

Market Analysis:

  • Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities and potential risks.
  • Plan and drive listening activities to capture ecosystem dynamics and centralize insights to feed strategic decisions.
  • Adapt the strategy based on market dynamics.

BACKGROUND AND SKILLS

  • Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience (digital experience is a plus!)
  • Experience in analyzing and optimizing commercial & marketing KPIs
  • Organized
  • Can do attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment: managing multiple workstreams at once
  • Takes initiative, makes decisions quickly and proudly stands accountable for them  
  • Experience collaborating across functions and engaging with senior stakeholders
  • English & French

Diriger la direction stratégique, le développement et l'exécution de la stratégie de transformation digitale de BAT et de l'expérience consommateur au sein de l'écosystème numérique, incluant mais ne se limitant pas au SEO, Paid Media, réseaux sociaux et eCommerce.

RESPONSABILITÉS PRINCIPALES

Développement de la stratégie :

Construire et mettre en œuvre la stratégie d'acquisition digitale pour optimiser la visibilité de la marque en ligne :

  • Accroître la portée et l'exposition de l'audience
  • Améliorer la présence dans la recherche organique sur Google

Collaborer avec les équipes transversales pour aligner les efforts d'acquisition avec les objectifs commerciaux globaux.

Acquisition de données :

Piloter l'acquisition des consommateurs en alignement avec les équipes locales et régionales :

  • Soutenir les équipes locales dans l’identification et l’application des meilleures pratiques
  • Collaborer avec l’équipe régionale pour créer des parcours d’acquisition
  • S’aligner avec l’équipe juridique sur la validité des formulaires et des mécanismes
  • S’assurer que tous les mécanismes pertinents sont prêts et en place

Contenu :

  • Soutenir les projets clés pour permettre le développement de contenu basé sur des informations, en collaboration avec l'équipe locale, l'équipe d'expérience consommateur hors ligne, les agences et légal. Par exemple : articles de blog, FAQ, publicités sur les médias, publications sur les réseaux sociaux...
  • Participer à des audits de contenu et l'engagement avec les parties prenantes internes pour augmenter la qualité et la quantité du contenu.
  • Assurer la cohérence du contenu sur tous les canaux, y compris les 3POS, avec une mentalité omnicanal.

CRM

  • Concevoir et déployer des parcours client efficaces pour renforcer l’engagement et la fidélisation des clients.
  • Garantir la cohérence des messages et des promotions sur tous les canaux en collaboration avec l’équipe CRM.
  • Influencer et piloter le développement de campagnes de vente percutantes répondant aux objectifs commerciaux.
  • Utiliser les données clients et les insights pour adapter les stratégies CRM et améliorer l’efficacité des campagnes.
  • Intégrer les retours clients provenant des données et du service client (careline) pour affiner les approches CRM et améliorer la satisfaction client.

Exécution de campagne :

  • Participer à la planification, l’exécution et le suivi des campagnes de marketing digital sur divers canaux.
  • Travailler avec les agences, depuis le brief initial jusqu’à la livraison finale des assets, ainsi qu’avec l’équipe juridique locale pour garantir le respect des restrictions légales liées aux activités de eCommerce.
  • Réaliser des tests A/B pour optimiser l’efficacité des campagnes.
  • Soutenir le lancement de nouveaux produits (NPI) sur les plateformes eCommerce.
  • Contribuer à la mise en œuvre de parcours connectés/omnicannaux.

Support gestion du budget :

  • Suivre et rendre compte de l’état du budget.
  • Superviser et assurer le suivi de la création des bons de commande (PO) / réceptions de marchandises (GR) et de la facturation des fournisseurs.

Analyse et reporting :

  • Gérer le flux de travail des analyses et des rapports en guidant l'équipe data avec le soutien de l’AREA.
  • Fournir des rapports réguliers et des analyses des principaux indicateurs de performance (KPI) aux parties prenantes.
  • Utiliser les informations basées sur les données pour optimiser les campagnes de manière continue.

Analyse du marché :

  • Surveiller les tendances du secteur pour identifier les opportunités et les risques potentiels.
  • Planifier et mener des activités d'écoute pour capturer la dynamique de l'écosystème et centraliser les informations pour alimenter les décisions stratégiques.
  • Adapter la stratégie en fonction des dynamiques du marché.

EXPERIENCE ET COMPÉTENCES

  • Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience en marketing (l’expérience digitale est un plus !)
  • Expérience dans l'analyse et l'optimisation des KPI commerciaux et marketing.
  • Capacité d’organisation
  • Attitude positive et capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique : gestion de plusieurs projets simultanément.
  • Prise d’initiatives, prend des décisions rapidement et assume pleinement sa responsabilité.
  • Expérience de collaboration entre fonctions et d'engagement avec des parties prenantes de haut niveau.
