British American Tobacco este in cautarea unui coleg/ unei colege care sa se alature echipei noastre de Productie din cadrul fabricii noastre de la Ploiesti, in rolul de Customs Manager.

Scop:

• Planificarea, organizarea, directionarea si controlarea tuturor activitatilor legate de transport si vama derulate de catre companie in legatura cu Biroul Vamal;

Responsabilitati principale:

• Este responsabil pentru administrarea operatiunilor de import / export, respectand regulile si reglementarile legale vamale/ fiscale, inclusiv de acordare a licentelor adecvate transporturilor;
• Revizuieste permanent procedurile si activitatile vamale in vederea identificarilor eventualelor puncte slabe;
• Supravegheaza toate formalitatile de vamuire pentru a se asigura ca acestea se desfasoara eficient si la timp;
• Intocmeste previziunile de plata a datoriilor vamale si a transporturilor pentru a echilibra presiunea financiara asupra companiei;
• Reprezinta compania in fata autoritatilor vamale/ fiscale;
• Participa activ la controalele din partea autoritatilor si acorda toate explicatiile necesare solicitate, legate de activitatile de import/ export pentru a evita orice neintelegere ce ar putea afecta afacerea;
• Identifica oportunitatile de imbunatatire a eficientei in logistica si reducerea costurilor.

Cerinte:

• Absolvent studii superioare, profil economic sau politehnica;
• Peste 5 ani experienta in activitati vamale si comerciale, preferabil in companii HI-TECH;
• Cunostinte aprofundate despre Incoterms, licente de import/export si cerinte legate de nivelul vamal EU;
• Permis de conducere categ. B;
• Abilitati leadership, disponibilitate de a-i ajuta pe ceilalti sa se dezvolte;
• Cunostinte avansate de limba engleza;
• Persoana organizata, capabila sa prioritizeze activitatile si sa lucreze cu termene limita;
• Capacitatea de a lua decizii rapid, clare in situatii diferite si dificile, aflandu-se sub presiune;
