We are looking for an IWS Deployment Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving the implementation of the Integrated Working Systems (IWS) program. You will help shape and execute strategies that enable our organization to achieve operational excellence. This role offers the opportunity to lead impactful change, support capability-building, and contribute to the development of a high-performing, sustainable organization.
Key Responsibilities
Program Deployment:
- Support the Leadership team in implementing the Strategy Development and Deployment System processes.
- Provide guidance and training on work processes related to reliable IWS technology;
- Lead the deployment of IWS with a focus on coaching teams responsible for Autonomous Maintenance activities.
- Conduct monthly Loss Tree Analysis to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Provide updates on Factory Daily Management Systems and Daily Direction Setting Health Checks.
- Collaborate with teams to develop and grow Pillar Capabilities across the organization.
- Benchmark and apply "Best in Class" practices to enhance performance.
- Ensure effective communication of the IWS framework throughout the organization.
- Conduct weekly health checks of operational systems and report insights to the leadership team.
Team Development:
- Coach and guide production teams during the DDS Drumbeat process to ensure alignment with IWS principles.
- Provide formal quarterly feedback and coaching to team members to foster growth and development.
- Build and train a new IWS guidance team to accelerate program implementation.
- Drive capability-building efforts for IWS pillar leads and members.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams, including Production Teams, Operations Directors, and Autonomous Maintenance Training Teams.
- Liaise with the regional and global IWS teams to maintain alignment with organizational standards and goals.
What We’re Looking For
Skills and Experience:
- Strong technical knowledge of production operations.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Expertise in coaching, training, and mentoring teams.
- Solid problem-solving abilities with a results-oriented mindset.
- Certification in IWS methodologies (Pillars, Tools) is a plus.
