British American Tobacco Papua New Guinea has an exciting opportunity for a Trade Program Coordinator in Port Moresby
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate with the field team on any changes in Trading Term status and ensure the trading term database is accurate and up to date.
- Track SWS invoices and performance on a weekly basis.
- Support market audits and consolidate audit findings for reporting.
- Conduct regular reviews of current trading term processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure SWS and Retail trading term payment files are accurate and aligned with governance standards.
- Maintain effective records for all contracts, payments, and reports.
- Provide regular operational status updates to Line Managers, including the impact and opportunities related to Trading Term changes.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports or trackers, and support ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
- Demonstrate a commitment to personal development and continuous improvement.
- Lead by example, striving for excellence and encouraging peers to raise performance standards.
- Engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and best practices at all times.
What are we looking for?
- Tertiary education in a relevant field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Marketing, Finance, or a similar role, preferably within an FMCG environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to support decision-making.
- Good time management and planning skills.
- Proven track record of delivering tasks on time and in full, especially where others depend on your output.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Highly numerate and confident in leveraging data to drive decisions.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with excellent networking capabilities.
