We have an exciting new opportunity for a dynamic and innovative individual to join our team in Global Travel Retail (GTR) as the Consumer & Supply Quality Manager. This newly created role is at the forefront of driving our key value of Love out Consumer, ensuring proactive resolution of quality challenges and customer complaints in line with IWS principles. In addition to core quality compliance responsibilities, this role will lead innovative interventions in the manufacturing processes to ensure our repacking facility in Poznan has the best quality products for our consumers. The role is part of the GTR Poznan SC leadership team, and encouraged to lead and contribute in shaping GTR Poznan team to be high performning team in years to come.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• End to End consumer complaints management including data collection, analysis, root cause identification and corrective & preventive actions with source factories
• Lead and establish creation, annual review and refresh of GTR Quality and Compliance policies including but not limited to Shelf Life Policies, Recall Procedures and Repack Quality standards
• Analyse Top Loss in Repack Quality, both Finished Goods and materials at our repack facility in Poznan, propose and see through improvement actions
• Actively participate and contribute to Global, Regional QA and GTR NDT forums and share best practices
• Run internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality and sustainability standards

What are we looking for?

• Demonstrated experience in Quality Management and proven understanding of Manufacturing Processes.
• Ability to develop and execute quality standards and ensure compliance to standards to meet business needs.
• Strong Collaborative attitude and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams across geographic boundarie
• Continuous improvement and learning approach, ability to self learn through available resources and support structures
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs and deliver results with speed, handling multiple priorities
