British American Tobacco Chilehas an exciting opportunity for a System Analyst in Santiago.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate with the Systems Executive to ensure a smooth transition during digitalization initiatives, assisting in the testing and troubleshooting of digital solutions
- Assist in collecting feedback from the sales team and other stakeholders to improve systems and processes, providing technical support to sales team members regarding tool utilization.
- Support the identification of opportunities to streamline sales processes and enhance efficiency, collaborating with the sales team to implement process enhancements based on data insights.
- Interact with internal stakeholders such as Regionals & Area Sales Managers, IT Team, Digital Team, Finance Department, Human Resources, and Marketing Deployment as required, Working closely with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and troubleshoot issues.
- Collaborate with external tool suppliers and vendors: Regionals & ASM, IT Team, Digital Team, Finance, HR, Marketing Deployment, Tools suppliers (Mobile Apps, Salesforce, PowerBI).
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field (e.g., Business Engineering, Administration, or related fields).
- 1 – 2 of experience in sales/demand planning/forecasting role in FMCGs business, with basic understanding of sales processes and CRM systems.
- Proficiency in English (conversational). Clear and concise communication skills.
- Analytical skills with the ability to work with data and generate insights, willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, effective teamwork and collaboration abilities, ability to work well under pressure. Organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently. Willingness to proactively contribute to process improvements.
